Now, go back and examine your selected story from Best American for more evidence provided by the author. If you go beyond the example first example you've given, what else do you find that provides the reader with clues about your character, about who they are and what they want? Where in the story do you find it? How does the development of the character through evidence change throughout the story? Provide your classmates with a one-page summary of the evidence your author provides and how it operates throughout the story. Please post this exercise in the "Character" section of the class craftbook.
